Photovoltaic inverter installation process
1. Preparation before installation
Whether the product accessories, installation tools and parts are complete, and whether the installation environment meets the requirements
2. Mechanical equipment installation
Installation layout, inverter mobile transportation
3. Electrical wiring
DC side wiring, AC side wiring, ground connection, communication line connection
4. Installation complete detection
Photovoltaic array inspection, AC side line inspection, DC measurement line inspection, grounding, communication and accessory inspection
5. Run the test online
If there is no problem in the test, it can be officially operated. If a problem is found, it can be operated after the problem is solved.
6. Formal operation
Precautions for Inverter Installation
1. Site selection
When choosing an installation site, you should consider whether the surrounding environment will affect the photovoltaic inverter, and avoid direct sunlight on the inverter, otherwise it will cause the internal temperature of the equipment to be too high, causing a temperature failure of the inverter, thereby affecting the power generation of the inverter . Also make sure that there is no interference from other power electronic devices around.
2. Pre-site inspection
At the construction site, the inverter should be inspected to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Installation requirements
The installation of the inverter should maintain a certain gap around it to facilitate the heat dissipation of the inverter and facilitate the maintenance of the inverter manufacturer in the later stage. If the inverter has no lightning protection function, a lightning protection system should be configured on the DC side input, and a good grounding should be maintained. During the initial installation, it is necessary to choose a grid-connected point reasonably, and it is strictly forbidden to install a large-capacity photovoltaic power generation system at the end of the village. During installation, more than 3 (including 3) inverters must be connected to different phases of live wires to prevent overvoltage of the inverters. question.
4. Electrical connection preparation
Before making electrical connections, be sure to cover the photovoltaic panels with opaque materials or disconnect the DC side circuit breaker. Otherwise, if exposed to sunlight for a long time, the photovoltaic array will generate dangerous voltage.
5. Electrical materials and wiring requirements
The quality of the cables used in the photovoltaic power station must be qualified, and the connection must be firm. The DC photovoltaic cables must be pressed with special crimping pliers to avoid accidents caused by poor contact in the later stage. The electrical installation must meet local and national electrical standards, and the installation operation must be done by a professional Technicians complete.
6. Electricity Sector Licensing
The inverter can be connected to the grid for power generation only after obtaining the permission of the local power department.
Inverter Maintenance Precautions
1. In the photovoltaic power station system, regardless of any maintenance work, the electrical connection between the inverter and the grid should be disconnected first, and then the electrical connection of the DC side should be disconnected. Secondly, wait at least 5 minutes until the internal components of the inverter are fully discharged before performing maintenance work.
2. During the maintenance operation, initially visually inspect the equipment for damage or other dangerous conditions. During the specific operation, you should abide by the electrostatic protection regulations, wear an anti-static wrist strap, pay attention to the warning signs on the product, and pay attention to whether the temperature of the hot surface of the inverter is Cool while avoiding unnecessary contact between the body and the circuit board.
3. After the maintenance is completed, make sure that any failure affecting the safety performance of the inverter has been resolved before turning on the inverter again.
